DHT22 – Temperature and Humidity Sensor Module
The DHT22 is a high-precision digital temperature and humidity sensor that combines both temperature and humidity sensing in a single module. It features a capacitive humidity sensing element and a high-accuracy temperature sensor, both connected to a powerful 8-bit microcontroller. The sensor provides calibrated digital signal output, ensuring excellent long-term stability and reliability for a wide range of applications.
With its advanced digital signal processing and dedicated sensing technology, the DHT22 delivers fast response times, high accuracy, and strong resistance to interference, making it a highly reliable and cost-effective solution. The sensor uses a standard single-bus interface, simplifying system integration and making setup quick and easy.

The DHT22 is designed to be used with an analog sensor interface. The analog output can be converted to digital, allowing it to be used on digital ports without occupying the Arduino’s original digital pins.
